This lubricator is suitable for lubricating moving parts or for supplying lubricant when working in various operating positions due to the double pump station. A high flexibility when working in different positions is made possible by the combination of main and head pump as well as the gravity guided, rotatably mounted suction piston. In addition, the pump design achieves a very fine dosage of the lubricant. For universal use, the lubricator can be filled with lubricants of different viscosities. Durability and robustness are promoted by the stable aluminium container and the double pump station made of brass.

Bearing grease cartridge 400 g

Multi-purpose grease
Lithium saponified multi-purpose grease with high thermal and mechanical resistance and good water resistance. It contains active ingredients to increase ageing resistance and corrosion protection as well as special high-pressure additives to reduce mechanical wear.
Ideal for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings of all designs and sizes with low or high speeds on motor and commercial vehicles, tractors, agricultural machinery and construction equipment of all kinds. Due to its structure, the grease can easily be conveyed through long pipelines. This makes it also suitable for use in central lubrication systems. It can be used in the temperature range between – 25 °C and + 130 °C.

Bearing grease cartridge 400 g

High-temperature grease
High temperature greases are greases that must withstand high operating temperatures, suitable for applications with a continuous limit temperature of up to + 90 °C. It can be used in a temperature range between – 40 °C to + 160 °C. 
For rolling bearings in couplings, electric motors, traction motors, generators and motor vehicles. It has very good low temperature properties and very good stability in vertical shaft applications at high temperatures.

We recommend this grease for lubricating our wedge clamps in hot environments.
