    説明
    B 1.827 コンパクトクランプ

    コンパクトクランプは、クランプ本体に加工された油路を通じて作動油の供給が行われる油圧クランプ治具への適用を目的として設計されています。
    必要なスペースが最小限のため、油圧クランプの設置スペースが限られたクランプ治具に特に適しています。ワークのクランプ面として、クランプレバーよりもやや広いクランプレバー用の凹みがあれば十分です。

    採用例は：

    • 立形および横形マシニングセンターにおける回転インデックス治具
    • 複数面加工や完全加工用のクランプ治具
    • 多くのワークピースが密に配置された多段クランプ治具
    • モーター、ギアなどのテストシステム
    • 組立ライン

    説明

    油圧式コンパクトクランプは、リニアストロークの一部を使用してクランプレバーをワークに対して下降させる複動式シリンダーです。
    カバー付きバージョンは貫通穴に挿入され、最小高さを実現します。
    カバーなしバージョンは袋穴が必要です。
